- Deep body warm up and Isolation
technique
This workshops
will include a deep warm up to achieve
physical and mental centered state
which enables us to be more grounded
in our dancing and is key for balance
and isolation work. We will then work
on isolation techniques both while
static and traveling putting them
together into short combinations to
see how they work in practice.
With
plenty of dance technique drilling,
this workshop is suitable for all
dancers who wish to deepen their technique
and understanding of body work.

Jam packed with exciting
and original step combinations which
can easily be incorporated into any
routine, this workshop is bound to
stimulate your creativity and send
you on a 'choreographic spree'.
With technique drilling and a loose
chhoreography to put all combinations
together.
