Galit on Self Development

Self Development has always been a big part of my life and an ongoing journey of self discovery through many different avenues.

To me Spiritual development and Self development are synonymous, I believe that the most important work anyone can do is work on themselves. Self development is the key to creating a better existence.

We live in a very exciting time, a time of fast changes and quite a bit of turbulance. It is important more than ever to remain centered and not lose sight of who we are and which path is the right one for us.

My approach has always been down to earth, integral and holistic. Being a dancer and working with the body I'm a strong believer in finding the right balance between mind, body, soul and spirit.

My training includes Tarot, psychic readings & channeling as well as Transpersonal Psychology and Cogintive Behavioural Coaching all of which I use in the sessions I offer.
